Le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU a voté jeudi 5 décembre, à l’unanimité une résolution –sous chapitre 7- qui autorise les forces françaises « à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour soutenir la Misca. » La résolution a été adoptée alors que des affrontements meurtriers se sont déroulés dans Bangui. Médecins sans frontières (MSF) signalaient des dizaines de morts et de nombreux blessés, dont certains très grièvement.
